Update Winter League for Season
This screen is used to mark a league as temporarily suspended(ie not being used this season) or conversely bring a suspended league back as an active league; can now also update league display name or week start for the new season.
Simply click Edit against the league to be changed, change the display name, type to either 'L' or 'S', enter week start for this league then click the update button
